Yoga Nidra Meditation Series Class

Join Jasmine Grace in a 4-week meditation series class which includes philosophy, theory, and journaling with an experiential meditation practice. Learn the principles of iRest® Yoga Nidra and understand how to apply them on and off the mat.

Explore topics such as body sensing, breath sensing, welcoming thoughts, emotions, feelings, and beliefs. Dive into the nature of joy and the bliss body. Develop an understanding and a relationship with Being, Presence, and Awareness. This series is not your typical meditation class - it is a multi-dimensional journey into your Self and your wholeness.
