Would You Like a Cup of Tea?

As we near the daffodils springing up, it's the perfect time to introduce this popular and simple Ayurvedic herbal blend affectionately known as "CCF Tea". This tea is easy to make, and you might even have the ingredients in your spice cabinet.


1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds (V+PK-)

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (P+VK-)

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (VPK-)

Superfood Ayurvedic Breakfast

This recipe is one of my favorite recipes for a fall and winter breakfast. It is great for a post-workout meal and will support sustaining your energy throughout the day. You can modify the ingredients and herbs to your palette or match it to your Doshic (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) or digestive needs.  

  • Fire
