Awaken your meditation practice and learn how to teach others! We will be approaching the Ayurvedic Meditation Teacher Training from the perspective of the elemental wisdom of the doshas. For each of the Doshas: Vata (air and ether), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water) we will consider the meditations, pranayamas, mantras, mudras, and yantras for each and learn how to apply these in daily life for ourselves and others. Ayurveda takes into consideration the nature of the person and their current emotional and environmental conditions. With these ancient yogic tools, the appropriate meditation can be determined to support each individual's journey to health, wellness, and awakening. During this practical 50-hour training, you will explore various types of meditations, discover your meditation teaching voice and find confidence in a room to share your inner light. There will be a daily self-practice requirement, practice teaching, journaling, feedback, mentorship, and community. We will also explore the positive affirmations, specific archetypes, Gods and Goddesses, crystals, totems and poetry as a way to access our inner-guides, wholeness, and Divinity. This course is practical, science-based and mystical all in one.

  • History, science and mysticism of meditation
  • Basic breath meditations, mantras, mudras, yantras, crystals, totems and deities for each of the Doshas

  • How to teach basic meditations to beginners
  • How to hold energetic space for students, be confident and find your voice as a meditation teacher
  • How to set-up and find comfort in meditation for the body, mind, and spirit
  • An understanding of the subtle body, energy & chakras
  • The power of sound as meditation
  • Creative visualization and the art of manifestation 
  • How to abide in the sacred flow of meditation in daily life
  • Poetry as meditation
  • Journaling for clarity, intention and knowing the self
